For the construction of the foundation, we will use several design and architecture studios.

It will be divided into four parts.

A studio will take care of the foundation for art by elaborating and developing the gallery, the laboratory and the exhibition.

One part will develop the hotel intended as an entrance, hall, reception and connections with the rest of the building.

The rooms will be developed by a team of designers, in order to give each hotel room, including those of the artists, a unique signature from our designers.

Thanks to a team of experts in bars and restaurants, with a dedicated study we will develop the restaurant and the two bars.

Thanks to external art consultants, we will take advantage of the perfect realization of the entire artistic part of the Foundation, thus giving life to a unique project of its kind, where every detail will be taken care of in every detail.

Finally, as regards the management and training of all the staff, we will hold courses for our entire team, each one dedicated to each department in order to guarantee excellent service.
